The 2023 Corpus Christi Songwriters Festival, Music Awards and Conference will be held from Feb. 18-19, 2023, and will feature international, national and regionally renowned songwriters during a two-day event, hosting an array of concerts, workshops, and other songwriting-related events — kicking off on the morning of Saturday, Feb. 18 and running through late night Sunday, Feb. 19.

Events will take place in downtown Corpus Christi, giving festival-goers, and visiting songwriters alike, the opportunity to see all that our beautiful city has to offer.

Festival

This year, the #CCSongwritersFestival boasts an impressive line-up of nearly 30 songwriters. The official lineup will be announced soon.  

Awards Ceremony Brunch

On Sunday, Feb. 19, an Awards Ceremony Brunch will be held, with awards given to local and regional songwriters and performers nominated by our community and CCSW Board of Directors (who will not be eligible for nominations) and judged by a non-partial / outside Jury.  Awards Ceremony & Brunch are an exclusive event open to VIP Ticketholders and Festival Performers; click here to purchase 2023 Festival Tickets and Passes.

• Melody of the Year
• Presenting the 2020 and 2022 Corpus Christi Songwriters Hall-of-Fame Honorees and announcing our two 2020 Inductees and two 2022 Inductees. 
• Best of Fest Award, to be announced at the end of the festival.

Songwriting Workshops & Seminars

Corpus Christi Songwriters (CCSW) – an extension of Corpus Christi PATCH,  a 501(c)3 – is dedicated to providing resources, education and a spring-board for local songwriters in the Corpus Christi area.
